Altered Picture Frame

On Sunday I had the best time making an altered picture frame at my good friend Heidi's meetup group. I used a variety of patterned papers, some rub ons, inks, ribbon, punches....When I got home I decided that instead of putting a photograph inside, I'd do a little collage piece that goes with the feeling of the frame. I used some vintage newspaper, a few scraps, and some gorgeous PID images on transparency film.

I love the frame and using a collage in the center is just beautiful. You are lucky to have people to get together with to do art. Stunning piece and love the colors.
